Zazou Solo Production – Terms and Conditions

1. Service Usage:

2. Booking and Payment:

• To reserve studio time or any of our services, payment is required in advance. Payment terms and options will be specified in your invoice.
• Additional costs may be incurred for any extra services requested beyond the initially agreed-upon scope.

3. Late Arrival and Deposit: 

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. If a client arrives late, they risk forfeiting their deposit, and the remaining time will be limited to the original booking duration. Additional time may be available if the schedule permits, but it will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• To cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Copyright and Ownership:

• Any creative work produced by Zazou Solo Production, including compositions, recordings, and mixes, may be subject to copyright laws.
• The copyright ownership and usage rights will be determined on a project-by-project basis and specified in your agreement.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:

• We respect your privacy and treat all project-related information and content with utmost confidentiality.

7. Code of Conduct:

• We expect all clients and visitors to Zazou Solo Production to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

8. Liability and Responsibility:

• Zazou Solo Production is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
• You are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or facilities caused by your negligence or misuse.

9. Modification and Change Requests:

• Once a project is accepted by the client and work has commenced, clients are not permitted to request modifications that deviate from the initially agreed-upon scope of work. Changing the song, altering the creative direction, or requesting substantial revisions after acceptance is not permissible.

10. Termination of Service:

• Zazou Solo Production reserves the right to terminate or refuse services to anyone who violates our Terms or engages in any inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

11. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal means as applicable.

12. Changes to Terms:
